After a 25 year career of starting, running, financing, and selling companies, I came to an inflection point – you know, that crossroads where you look at your life and work and, if you are lucky, find what resonates most authentically with your soul.  I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some of the brightest minds in finance, digital marketing, operations and management in the both small business sector as well as some of the world’s greatest executive teams and brands with clients like Nike and Home Depot. 

I’ve seen highly intelligent people struggle with this critical impasse - that dark night of the soul when they encounter their personal inflection point and lack the skills, intuition, or mindset on how to redesign their life.  A frightening time when everything you thought you knew doesn’t quite suffice to see you through.  There is frequently an outside triggering event – work, career, personal relationships, those things we use to define ourselves, that in the blink of an eye go awry and we are left grabbing for thin air to find stable footing.  Sometime stratospheric growth in their company activates hidden beliefs and mindset triggers needing a different framework of adaptive learning and application.
