I specialize in adaptive leadership workshops for founders and executives. Based on Harvard based Immunity to Change framework, this one day workshop cuts to the heart of the unexamined beliefs your teams hold that hold them back from clear progress and achieving objectives. As a certified Immunity to Change coach, I work with founders to “uncover” the mindset and behavior blocks that keep leaders stuck and recycling counterproductive behavior. Highly interactive and experiential, we work collectively to identify and transform the “sabotaging” behavior that keeps teams from achieving high growth and productivity.
Team/Group Coaching
Core to the Team/Group coaching platform is an explicit commitment to “stretch” as a team. Old rules must shift and become more Team and group coaching extends learning for your senior team in real life experiential learning modules, with focus on current team dynamics, with applied interactive conflict management, feedback models, trust/influence and collaboration and building an archetype for internal team to utilize as they scale. Team and Group Coaching frameworks are a hybrid of Harvard and Stanford-based T-Group training along with specific content tailored to your needs and engagement objectives.
Manager Training
First time Managers in rapid growth companies are frequently unequipped to deal with the mindset and skill set challenges managing a team for the first time. We customize one and two day workshops to directly train managers to understand their deficiencies, build skills and provide frameworks for engaging with their teams more effectively, creating significantly improved engagement and productivity. Most of our clients have experience a 5-6x return on their training investment (we love being held to metrics and standards) with higher engagement, retention, productivity, margin generation and other KPIs.
