• April: The Art of Listening, Building Team Learning and Development - Building Simulation Exercises With Each That You Can Run With Your Team.

• May:  Effective Delegation (and overcoming your resistance to delegate) that maximize Your Impact and keep you from Sabotaging Behavior.

• June: Honing Your Leadership Toolkit: Redesigning your 1:1s, Team Meetings, Calendar Hygiene, Valuing your personal ROI and time commitments.
